To further develop its skilled employees and leader, and to offer them new perspectives, Jagenberg Group has established the Jagenberg Group Academy.
As special program dedicated to younger professionals was added in early 2025. Under the work title “Young Professionals Program“, mentors with practical background, coaches and HR experts, help young employees of the entire group advance.

TNA was tasked to brand the initiative and market in internally. This meant taking into account a heterogeneous target group—since besides young professionals the concept depends on the expert knowledge of experienced mentors—and an international scope.

International and catchy: Finding a recognizable name was first on our list for the branding process of the “Young Professionals Program”. We decided for JUMP, the Jagenberg Upskilling and Mentorship Program, which apart from describing the program itself also works as a dynamic call to action.

Since we wanted to make JUMP successful internally (and externally) as a means of Employer Branding), we chose to advocate it at the employees’ most relevant touchpoint. Hence, potential mentees and mentors we informed by way of

  • posters
  • doorhangers
  • prospectuses
  • newsletters
  • the internal digital communication platform SNACK

For external address, we added social media content and collaterals that could be used at talent fairs etc.

As a result, the program was accepted in the company from the get-go. And the engaging social media content we are capturing from the mentor-mentee pairs for a year are a token of this: We use it to for authentic, interesting storytelling geared to add more chapters to the JUMP success story in the years to come.
