Magic needs
trust.

We use AI where it makes our work faster and better – as a tool, not as an author or creator. Every idea, every statement and every final asset carries the signature of our team, and we take responsibility for it. So you always know where you stand, we work in accordance with the transparency rules of the EU AI Act.

Our three principles for using AI.

01
Humans are accountable for every piece of content.
AI drafts are editorially revised, reviewed and approved by our team. Responsibility always rests with tna – transparent and documented.
02
We label what needs to be labelled.
AI-generated image, audio and video content that could appear real carries the official EU icons – visibly and, where technically possible, in machine-readable form.
03
We review every asset individually.
Before anything is published, every asset goes through our transparency check. In borderline cases, we decide together with our clients – before anything goes live.
What this means for you
Content from tna complies with the EU AI Act. Content subject to labelling requirements is delivered already labelled. Our team is trained, our processes are documented. This way, compliance is not a roadblock – it is part of clean craftsmanship.
Basis: Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act), in particular Art. 50 (transparency obligations, in force from 2 August 2026) and Art. 4 (AI literacy). Last updated: July 2026.
